  • They ought to indict the Countrywide exec that resigned and formed the REO COMPANY which handles all of Countrywide's foreclosures AND the same guy set up a Title Company in the Tampa area to handle all their property sales in Florida.

  • Two things: 1. I can't find the number of cases identified so far. 2. They keep saying 36,000 people die in the U.S. each year from the flu. 36,000 is a LOT of daggone people. Is that true? I personally doubt it.

  • If you don't want the CIA to waterboard all the President has to do is tell a few CIA higher ups to "Cut it out!".......in no uncertain terms. My problem is the President's directive to release the memos does absolutely NOTHING. Except give the terrorists propaganda fodder.

  • Fact #1. AIG paid nearly $108 Billion Dollars of the bailout money for insurance claims on the Credit Default Swaps. (See their list published earlier this week by AIG) Semi-Fact #1. The lowest value of insured instruments that I have seen is $61 TRILLION Dollars.
